Lt.-Colonel Ofer Mey-Tal
Head of Crossings and Seam Zone Branch, Israel Defense Forces
Prior to heading the Crossings and Seam Zone Branch of the IDF, Mey-Tal served as head of several branches of the Civil Administration of Judea & Samaria Area: International Organizations and Foreign Relations Branch; Administration and Services Branch; and Planning Design Department, Infrastructure Branch. In the Civil Administration of Gaza, he served as head of Infrastructure and Design Department as well as Security of Operations Officer. Prior to receiving his B.Eng from Hartfordshire University in the United Kingdom, Mey-Tal studied Practical Civil Engineering at Technion and Practical Mechanical Engineering at ORT Singalovsky.
